Joining us, your passion and skill will help make every journey a great one, and we’ll help you steer from strength to strength.   About the role  Through the effective management of your team you will support sales growth by delivering across two main strands covering lead generation (with an emphasis on digital & social) and driving customer loyalty and profitability with the promotion of our products and services (through PR, events & collateral). Put simply, a classic Marketing function. You will ensure we are engaging with as many potential new customers as possible and are maximizing the opportunities existing customers have to take up our products and services in our market segments covering corporate, SME and retail. In addition you will anticipate and identify changing market dynamics and ensure we have plans to adapt and deliver accordingly. Many challenges will be faced and I’m not just talking Brexit. It’s an exciting time to be in the mobility arena as we help our customers understand more about important technology changes and as a business we have some exciting developments as we are permanently looking to remain agile in a competitive world. For example, we are looking to drive and grow our B2C business and support our Corporate customers with an impressive range of employee solutions to develop in the B2B2E space. This is a management role where you will be required to lead and motivate from the front and so provide direction and training whilst promoting and driving change. You will set and track objectives and ensure you develop your team to give them the knowledge and expertise to be best in class.   Pay Zone level B3. Who we are looking for? To succeed in this exciting role you’ll need to demonstrate a successful track record gained in a similar role where you can clearly evidence the value you have added to a commercial business with the skills outlined above. We’re looking for someone who has high energy and a strong personality with creative flair who can build relationships with gravitas and ease, and will guarantee complete satisfaction for all parties. This role will involve a large amount of stakeholder management so you’ll need to display a real strength in true business partnering whilst always looking to drive innovation with real enthusiasm. In addition, we need a proven people manager who is competent and confident handling the complete employee lifecycle from hiring and training to motivating and developing. You will need to evidence success in helping people drive their careers and so realise their dreams. 2018 was an excellent year for Arval UK and with ambitious targets but a very clear strategy, 2019 will bring change and continued growth.    What’s in it for you?
